WEESION / EKO CONCEPT
Use cases
Control offices, retail premises and other spaces with W10 modules and Weesion APP.
01 / USE CASE
Office spaces
W10 modules control fan coils or chilled beams in office spaces. Their small dimensions allow installation directly inside the electrical box of the fan coil or chilled beam. Multi-talented sensors from Thermokon measure temperature, movement and CO₂.
The modules connect to the supervisory BMS or DDC system via BACnet MS/TP. Lighting and blind controls are also integrated via BACnet/IP.
Weesion APP provides thermal comfort control. QR codes are placed in the rooms for users to scan, and the app is rebranded to match the building’s design guidelines.
02 / USE CASE
Retail premises
Retail premises where visitors should not have access to the controls. We use Weesion APP instead of wall controllers, allowing all or selected employees to operate the functions from their own mobile phones.
W10 modules control the fan-coil units.

04 / TECHNICAL CONTEXT
Local control options
- Weesion Mobile & Windows App – Control your spaces directly from your smartphone or company laptop. The Weesion Mobile and Windows Apps replace traditional wired thermostats. Simply scan the QR code in your office or room, and the thermostat interface appears instantly in the app.
- Communicating Thermostats – For local control, you can also use a wired communicating thermostat via BACnet MS/TP or Modbus RTU, connected to the same DDC or BMS as the W10 modules.
- Visualization in BMS + Weesion Mobile App – Central space management via BMS visualization pages combined with local zone control through the Weesion Mobile App.
- Visualization in BMS + Communicating Thermostats – Central control via BMS visualization pages and local control through wired thermostats.
The next step in your project.
