Weesion’s philosophy of sustainability

The conventional approach to a “green” building often means more devices, more cables, more material and higher investment costs. We take the opposite approach. Instead of adding more and more hardware and associated wiring, we focus on using our own technology to create EKO concepts.

Their development focused on replacing several devices with a single module while reducing wiring and installation materials to a minimum. The resulting modules embody our philosophy and transform design, construction and operation towards greater sustainability.

A W10 module replaces electrical control boxes and their terminals, circuit breakers, relays, transformer and DDC controller. This also removes the associated wiring and mounting materials that connect the electrical box to the air-conditioning equipment and link the units within a space.

One W10 module is installed in each air-conditioning unit to provide all the required room functions. Only one communication cable and one power cable are installed between units.

The designer no longer needs to create different electrical control-box diagrams. Adding a W10 module symbol to each unit is sufficient to provide the required functions.

Air-conditioning units combined with W10 modules form communicating assemblies that the integrator can put together on a workbench, connect to peripherals and test. Before a unit is installed in its final position, it has already been pre-commissioned and its main functions tested.

Less wiring means less work during refurbishment. If the partition layout changes, the integrator simply regroups the air-conditioning units.
